Position: Chief Mate

Duties:

Overall supervision of deck operations and cargo handling

Safe navigation and watchkeeping duties

Planning and monitoring transshipment, loading, and unloading operations

Ensuring compliance with SOLAS, ISM, and ISPS regulations

Supervising deck crew and lashing operations

Requirements:

Valid Chief Mate certificate

Minimum experience on Transshipment Vessels (TSV) or Single Use Lighterage (SUL) operations

Passenger safety and cargo handling training (if applicable)

Proficiency in Fast Rescue Boat (FRB) operations

Strong leadership and teamwork skills
