Experienced Master for Container Fleet – German Shipowner

We are seeking a highly experienced Master Mariner to join the container fleet of a reputable German shipowner.

Salary: USD 9,305 / month

Additional Benefits:

Seniority Bonus:

2 years in rank: +USD 100

3 years in rank: +USD 300

4+ years in rank: +USD 500

Performance Bonus: Up to USD 750 / month

We are looking for candidates with:

Proven track record in command on container vessels

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Valid STCW documentation and medical certificates
